Sussur shows coaching suggestions in call mode, alongside the playbook. The current call mode replaced the separate call view.
Read a suggestion
Suggestions are generated from transcript text and relevant context. They can offer a question to ask or an angle to consider. Keep listening and use a suggestion only when it fits the conversation.
You do not need to press an accept button to record that you used a suggestion. Coaching adoption is inferred from the transcript. That inference can be wrong.
Keep your plan in view
Prepare your goal and playbook before starting. During the call, use the playbook to keep track of the conversation without treating it as a script.
If suggestions are missing
Check that the transcript is receiving speech, your account has available credits, and your Mac has an internet connection. See coaching troubleshooting.
